Wegmeyer Farms

Our 7th and 8th grade students visited Wegmeyer Farms in Leesburg for a beautiful afternoon field trip of strawberry picking. The students learned about the lifecycle of the plants, growing conditions and the picking processes. They each picked a pint of delicious strawberries to take home and share with their families. It was a lovely spring trip!
