Kennedy Center

Our students in Kindergarten to 4th grade visited the Kennedy Center to see the high energy show "Fyutch!” We sang, danced, clapped and stomped our feet for a full hour as he and his band entertained us. He had many important messages about equality, diversity and culture, but to be honest, I think the group missed most of those as we were too busy rocking to the beat. One of our 4th graders, Pierson, even got to go up on stage for a dance contest! Afterwards, we were able to meet Fyutch. It was a great adventure!
