Community Service Project

Our middle school students in 7th and 8th grades supported the Reston Community by picking up trash around public spaces in South Reston this week. Using gloves, tools and many trash bags, we picked up about 30 bags of garbage, making the area a safer and cleaner place. This initiative was part of our required service hours that all 7th and 8th grade students need for each school year. What a great way to give back to our community and learn more about volunteering opportunities!
