DC Air and Space Museum

Our students in 3rd and 4th grade enhanced their science knowledge of their current Exploring Space unit with a trip to the DC Air & Space Museum. The students were able to see two shows in the Planetarium - Worlds Beyond Earth and Dark Universe - which were an exhilarating adventure! It was such an immersive experience and engaging way to learn about the world beyond earth. The group also had time to explore many part of the museum and loved the interactivity. We have created some budding astronomers!  It was a wonderful educational field trip and I would encourage everyone to see the museum and planetarium when in DC.
